Service Contracts
We offer several cost-effective and flexible service packages allowing you to select the one which best fulfils your needs.

Pay As You Need
This option will allow you to schedule maintenance and repair work as needed on an ‘ad hoc’ basis.  You will only pay for services as they are provided.

Remote Support
If customer infrastructure supports remote access then diagnostic and administration support of operating systems and applications can be possible through use of secure internet connections.

Contract and SLA
For a fixed monthly fee per desktop or server, customers get a complete support service with pre-agreed service levels. Unlimited technical support for hardware, software and operating system. Replacement hardware charged to customer at cost, free installation.
