Taking a Proactive Approach to System Maintenance

We provide support as both a stand-alone service or as an after-sales care package. With over 40 years combined experience, along with some fresh minds in the business, we are fully trained and qualified and are likely to have met the majority of your issues, or something similar, at some time. We have the expertise to diagnose and solve the issues for you and communicate with any required specialists on your behalf.

We believe in a proactive approach to maintaining IT Systems and we know that preventative maintenance is the best way to reduce the risk of systems failure. We will work with you to find the best form of backups, both on-site and off-site, and come up with a restoration plan to best fit your organisation. In the event of a system failure we will do our best to restore your system. We are fully trained to assess and repair all types of hardware.

Service Contracts

We offer several cost-effective and flexible service packages allowing you to select the one which best suits your needs.

  • Pay as you need

    This option will allow you to schedule maintenance and repair work as needed on an ‘ad hoc’ basis. You will only pay for services as they are provided.

  • Remote Support

    If customer infrastructure supports remote access then diagnostic and administration support of operating systems and applications can be possible through use of secure internet connections.

  • Contract and SLA

    For a fixed monthly fee per desktop or server, customers get a complete support service with pre-agreed service levels. Unlimited technical support for hardware, software and operating system. Replacement hardware charged to customer at cost, with free installation.
